Here at Professional Counseling Center we are committed to ensuring that you have the smoothest visit possible.
As a part of our new client opening services, our Registration Assistant (RA) will ask you to provide generalized information as to why you are seeking counseling services. This helps the RA to link you with a therapist that can best meet your needs. You are not expected to share detailed, personal information with the RA.
Our goal is to provide the best possible outpatient, home-based, and family preservation services and to offer these services in a manner which is respectful, strength-focused, confidential, and professional at all times.
