Outpatient Therapist

We are currently hiring for full or part time positions in the Mental Health field providing  therapeutic services to individuals of all ages in St. Clair County. The position offers a flexible schedule, access to free Clinical training, individual and relationship building with other service providers in the community. The position entails a combination of in-person and remote work, with the ability to set most of your own schedule.  The position requires a Master’s Degree in the Human Services field (Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology) with a clinical license (LMSW, PHD, LPC, LP). Flexibility is essential, organization with scheduling is key, and the ability to work evening hours is required. Life is short, work somewhere you will love!

Family Preservation Program Supervisor

PCC is seeking a person to supervise Family Preservation staff and oversee operations of programs in a full or part time capacity. The position would have you providing supervision for programs that cover St. Clair and Sanilac Counties, for families whose children are impacted by neglect and/or abuse. You will provide staff with direct supervision,training, hire and onboard incoming employees, maintain case records, and participate in supervisory activities within the agency and in the community. 

You will set some of your own schedule, combining in person and remote work. A Bachelor’s Degree in the Human Services field is required along with a minimum of 2 year(s) of experience providing direct client services in the human services field. The ability to pass a background check is required, and you must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle. Flexibility is essential, and organization with personal tasks is key.
