Caring, Competent & Professional Services
We live in a complex, fast-paced and ever-changing society. As a result, many individuals struggle with stress related anxiety, depression, anger issues, unresolved relationship issues and/or family conflict, peer pressure, substance abuse and much more. Our licensed therapists are here to assist individuals with navigating through such life stressors and finding the personal growth, support and/or healing needed to do so. Counseling services are available in our warm and professional office setting or in the comfort of your own home via Google Meet (Virtual Sessions)
Person-Centered-Planning:
A process for planning and supporting the individual receiving services that builds upon the individual’s capacity to engage in activities that promote community and honor the individual’s preferences, choices, and abilities. The person-centered-planning process involves families, friends, and professionals as the individual desires or requires. When minor children and youth are identified as primary individual, this includes the use of a Family Centered Approach to service planning.
